Marquees for special events

PAYMENT

A 20% deposit may be required at the time of booking, particularly if the Event or Function is held during peak period or is large volume.

The remainder is to be paid at time of Delivery.

Payment can be made over the telephone with credit card details, through a direct deposit or with a cheque or cash.

DELIVERY AND PICK UP SERVICE

Cairns Marquee & Party Hire provide a delivery and set-up service for you at a nominal fee. Alternatively, you can pick up from our depot in Cairns and deliver back to the depot at the end of the hire term. We offer flexibility to suit your needs.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF HIRE

• Hire rates for a ‘Day’ are for a 24 hour period.

• Delivery and Set Up and longer Hire terms are are available by negotiation.

• Equipment returned late will incur an additional day’s hire fee.

• Hire rates do not include delivery unless indicated in a package deal.

• Insurance is the responsibility of the Hirer whilst equipment is on hire.

• Cairns Marquee & Party Hire will not be responsible for any injury or damage caused to any person or property by goods hired.

• All equipment supplied remains the property of Cairns Marquee & Party Hire.

• The Hirer is responsible for all loss or damage to items. Damage and breakages will be charged at replacement cost.

• A Cleaning Fee will apply to items returned in a dirty condition.
